On going health issues.

The reason that I haven't been on much this past week is that I have been having a health issue. My nephrologist changed my BP(blood pressure) medication about 2-3 weeks ago. About three days later my feet started swelling up in the evenings. Each day that passed the swelling and discomfort got a little more noticeable. So, they put me on a diuretic to ease the swelling and said that it should be sorted out in a few days. Well, it wasn't sorted out in about three so I called them again. I was then directed to my PCP(Primary Care Physician) about the issue. So, I am basically being told by the PCP that it is the Vasculitis and has nothing to do with the BP medication change.

I really hope that the PCP is mistaken.

I guess I will have to wait and see what the Rheumatologist says about that sometime this week when I speak to them.

Mate hope everything gets sorted out correctly i know how it feels to get wrong meds. My eldest has a rare kind of eplipsey and was given the wrong meds 3 times before correct one was given

It's just annoying. I was hoping to be off all the really nasty medication for the vasculitis. And then I get this crap all over again. I just want it to go away and not come back so that I can live my life. They don't know what causes it. So, out of the blue it hit me hard and really fucked me up. Some of the damage is irreversible and can't be fixed. Other stuff is just going to have to be managed, which isn't too bad. But these nasty pills and the side effects are just NOT good.
